General Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the dk2k platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By registering on, accessing, or using dk2k in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our platform. dk2k reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change is made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over all disputes.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on dk2k, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• It is the member's responsibility to update their personal information promptly if any changes occur.

2.2 Identity Verification

dk2k reserves the right to verify identity at any time via national identity card, passport or other valid documents. Withdrawals or other activities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact us immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit

Funds can be deposited on the dk2k platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• There are no additional charges on deposits.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process.

• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is completed.
• Withdrawals may be held if there are incomplete wagering requirements on the account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit where possible.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

3.3 Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering Policy

dk2k maintains a strict stance against money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities in the case of suspicious transactions.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be fulfilled.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Specific games apply toward fulfilling the wagering requirement — full details are available on the bonus page.
• If the same person claims a bonus using multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period — if not used within the specified time, it will be cancelled.

4.2 VIP Program

dk2k offers a four-tier VIP program for active players — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on a member's overall activity and dk2k's criteria. dk2k reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, artificial gameplay or fraudulent behaviour is detected, dk2k may suspend or close the relevant account and cancel any bonuses.

Gaming Rules and General Terms

5.1 Game Use

All games offered on dk2k are for entertainment purposes. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and there is no way to influence results. dk2k ensures fair play and maintains a neutral gaming environment.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits may apply for each game or event. dk2k reserves the right to change these limits. Special betting limits may apply for VIP members.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or betting round is left incomplete due to disconnection, server issues or other technical faults, dk2k will attempt to determine a reasonable resolution. However, dk2k is not liable for losses arising from technical issues.

5.4 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each event for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi and other sports. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with dk2k's policy.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or using another person's details.
• Using software, bots or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonus offers or engaging in "bonus hunting".
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Colluding with other members or exploiting the system through matched betting.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Harassing, insulting or threatening other members.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

dk2k believes in responsible gaming. We want our members to enjoy gaming as entertainment — and for it never to become a source of financial hardship.

• Accounts can be Self-Excluded for a set period if needed.

Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Member Rights

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is possible to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, subject to all wagering requirements being met.

dk2k may suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended inactivity on the account.

Any objection regarding account closure must be raised with the support team within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dk2k is not liable for:

• Gaming interruptions caused by internet disconnection.
• Loss caused by issues with your device or software.
• Third-party fraud or unauthorised access to your account (where caused by your own negligence).
• Delays in game results due to technical faults.
• Any service restrictions arising from changes in regulations.

All content on the dk2k platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials — is the property of dk2k or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, selling or distributing any of these without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and others) own their respective intellectual property. Their content is operated under the relevant licensing agreements.

Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous

12.1 Notice of Changes

dk2k may amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between dk2k and the member. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this document.
